Press and hold the left and right arrow keys to move left and right, respectively.

Press the up or down arrow buttons to grab onto the rope ladders. You can do this even when mid-air.

The Z key is the main interact key. Press it whenever you're in doubt!

The Z key is also responsible for jumping! 

Hold Z when jumping to a rope to grab onto it. Once on rope, press Z to disembark from it.

Press the X key to attack enemies.
